I cannot find anyone on the net of MSN. Seems everybody go to New Year party. :-) I saw many people at the area of 101 and NY2. :-)

Last working day

Today is the last day of 2004 and it's also my last day at office, if I don't return. I contact MIS for computer properties transfer issue in the morning. The things seems not as easy as I thought compared with MIS instuction. I started to do my leave process in the afternoon and all processes is very smooth and quick. I just took about a half hour to finish them, it's include walked to headquarter and went back to office. All processes had been done except my badge card, which I need it to go to headquarter for my car. I need to mail my badge back to HR next week.

Talked to boss

今天老闆 H 和我聊了一會兒, 問問我打算做什麼, 目前還是先休息一陣子再說了. 半年真的不長, 一個新案子可能還沒結束就半年到了, 所以他也先將未來可能的工作方向對我描述了一下, 我想想要不要回去真的該好好考慮. >:-|

Cindy's mail

晚上回家收到 Cindy 發的祝福郵件, 他可能認為我應該不會再回去吧, 不過我自己目前也無法確定是否再叵去工作, 畢竟誰能知道這半年會發生什麼事? 等半年到了再說.

Meeting again

雖然過兩天就暫時 (?) 不在公司了, 但今天的會議還是得參加, 因為同事堵我一句 "當一天和尚, 敲一天鐘". :-P

Southern Asia tsunami

今天晚餐時看了一點新聞, 發現這次東南亞的海潚災情相當嚴重, 所謂 "展開歷史性的救災行動" 一點也不為過. 許久沒聽過發生海嘯的事故, 絕大部份的人應該都只在書上讀到過相關的知識, 所以這次的傷亡不僅是大自然的警告, 也是人類學習對自然心存敬畏的一次機會.

Film scanner

I checked some film scanners' price today. They're very expensive which compare with Japanese market and stores price. How come we need to pay much more than Japan for those products. Or just because they are not important accessaries like camera peripheral? >:-(

Drive car to office

Yesterday I met a bad weather that I don't want to drive car to office. The weather is become good enough in the morning. So, I still drive my car to office. :-P

I sent a mail to Ricahrd this morning to inform him my leave. Even he is work at USA now but we work together in passed six years.

Update anti-virus software member

Today I pay the bill of anti-virus software membership. I bought the software last year and it will expire on Jan. 5th, 2005.

More and more people knew

There is more and more colleagues knew about my job suspending. Today we, 11 people, have a big lunch at outside office. After lunch, we got shower with gale. It's hard time for me to park car at a building 10 min. away from my office. :-(

Project review after lost

今天下午還開了一個會, 為了就是要檢討法國案子未能接到的原因. 不過現在想想確實我們並不算很努力在這個案子上, 如果是一個勢在必得的案子, 動員的人力與給客戶看到印象絕不止如此. :-P

Driver's license

My driver's license have been expired for over two month. I finally got time to renew it today. Hu....!

Good news from passed 3 days

The only good news is we do not get award of French project. Even I won't in charge that project at all but I still not like to get it. :-D

Disappoint with my photo

Yesterday I got my photo back. I thought some of pictures of my son are very good. I tried to take some macro photo in the same roll for my watch. My wife is very upset to see those experimental photo, that she think they are waste film. -_-;

Merry Christmas

Seems everybody go to Christmas party tonight. I saw many families in our community is dark inside the house, that means they are not at home. It's not as usual weekend. I and my wife have to stay at home to take care my kid that he is sick now. I'm lucky that he is getting well today. :-)

Santa Claus

兒子今天問他媽媽: 聖誕老公公有沒有我們家的鑰匙, 他晚上可以進來嗎? 後來又問了一個更妙的問題: 爸爸要不要去幫忙聖誕老公公搬禮物啊? 童言童語和成年人的想法確實有很大的出入, 有趣的是他還注意到送禮物過程中的一些細節, 這又剛好是傳說故事的漏洞. :-D

Dickson sick

昨天中午 Dickson 又發燒了, 不過這回不像星期一那麼容易打發, 他一直高燒不斷, 看了醫生後才知道是感染腸病毒, 昨天整夜都睡不安穩, 倒是今早他的精神已經好多了, 不過體溫依舊偏高.

Yesterday night I got my photo of trip to Kanazawa. I don't really like them all. Some of pictures are out of focus and some are not in right explosure. My technic still need practice more. By the way, some of my pictures are not good enough in my imagination that M lens should be. Especially the color, I hope my picrtures can be coloreful and sharpness. :-(

肚子不舒服

今天不知怎麼回事, 一早在路上就感到肚子不舒服, 到公司先進廁所去拉了一次. 事情居然還沒結束, 中午過後又再進廁所二次, 而且肚子還繼續在咕嚕叫著! ....@_@....

Blood check result

今天看驗血的結果依然呈現陽性, 所以還得再持續用藥, 醫師說等用藥半年後再檢測一次, 不過他也說不一定能夠轉為陰性. 我也擔心自己的身體原本就不太好, 要轉為陰性的機會比一般人小, 總之還要繼續調養才行.

New year will coming soon

I just heard about some news this morning. My colleague told me that my boss transfered to other department. My doctor also will transfer to other hospital. :-( So I will work with another boss in new year. On the other hand, I have to meet doctor in a hospital which in a far way from my home. :-( How come the new year always has a lot of change and people like to change some thing start from new year. @_@

Trip of Kanazawa

The passed days had been Kanazawa for vacation. It's a nice tranditional town in Japan that some people call it "Little Kyoto". I heard about Kanazawa years ago and willing to go there for a long time. This time I conviced my wife to take Kanazawa for our trip is a little bit hard. There are some reseaons for that. No air-way from Taiwan fly to Kanazawa directly is first one, that means we need to take train and time to get there. Second, we don't have so many days for our vacation that we may not to see anything at Kanazawa. Last but not least, we can not get confirmation for hotel reservation at Kanazawa.

Any way, we had a very happy and nice vacation at Kanazawa. :-D

Half day off

Mom is busy today that she cannot to pick up my son. I took a half day off for kid and went to clinic for my eyes.

Went to exhibition again

2004-12-12. 今天早上又跑了一趟世貿三館, 只是為了要訂一份雜誌, 不過順便也帶兒子出門散步, 而他中午也好睡多了. 客戶還是沒將檔案放在伺服器上, 我想星期五沒放上去那麼這兩天放假也就更不可能了.

白跑一趟世貿

2004-12-11. 今天下午利用時間去了一趟資訊月會場, 原只是為了要訂雜誌, 沒想到卻找不到雜誌社的攤位, 而在世貿一進一出就花了快一小時. 晚上看了遲來的雜誌, 才知道他們的攤位在三館! 難怪我在一館就是看到. :-(

Still get nothing

2004-12-11. We need updated ID files for review, but they do not upload their files to FTP yesterday. I try to download files this morning but there is nothing new in their FTP too. >:-(

Customer complain again

2004-12-10. Customer still complain about our cost. They thought our raw material is much higher than they know. They also thought we blow too much in worker and machine cost. Hehe! What can we say? I can not to have a half day off today. :-(

I'm exhausted

I got a meeting this evening from 1800 ~ 2200. It's for cost review that we can provide a good proposal to customer in tomorrow meeting. For my personal reason, I really don't want to get this business at all, but I still need to show my knowledge. :-P

被客戶削了!

2004-12-08. 早上會議因事前連絡不當, 使原先的議程延了約四十分鐘. 下午又因為報價傖促, 加上內容錯誤百出, 使客戶在 "新仇舊恨" 相交之下, 怨氣一併迸出. 雖然態度並不火爆, 但言談內容卻讓人明顥感到他們的不滿, 連業務在會後要帶他們去用晚餐都被拒絕, 因為他們認為我們須要在公司工作. :-P

Nothing to review

Even I have a meeting tomorrow but I do have nothing to prepare. I don't get update drawing for new design. PM just want to check schedule with me to ensure that we can meet customer's schedule.

Next Monday will have a meeting with customer. I got only half day for their ID review for our design. Anyway, I just check some portions and listed them to PM. It's not a very good review I thought myself. :-(

Car accident in the morning

Today is not my day.
I had a car accident with motorcycle this morning. That rider fell and got minor injured and his motorcycle also need some repair. My car fender of front right wheel has two dent by motorcycle. Finally, I paid repair charge and compensation for him to close this issue. faced with an accident is un-luck but it can be solved without further argue still luck to me.
